At 158 Wooster Street, Tribeach managed and marketed the commercial space to maximize income and attract high quality tenants. While even the Soho market was affected by the US financial meltdown in 2008, we continued patiently to indentify tenants and negotiate without compromising the value of the lease. After the tenant fit out was completed, and cash flow stabilized, the property was traded for a very competitive cap rate when the opportunity arose.
