160 Wooster

One of the few new construction residences to be built in SoHo since it was designated a historic district in 1973. Boarded by the cast-iron treasures of Green Street and the Belgian cobblestones of Wooster Street, the newly designed façade is understated yet distinctive combining metal cladding and brick masonry. Built as a ‘bookend’ to an entire city block, with generous layouts and floor to ceiling windows, the project delivers amazing light and unobstructed views—there are no secondary/rear-yard exposures. At street level are two distinctive corner retail spaces with high ceilings and great storefront presence.
