Tribeach assembled a large development project at West 46th Street and Eight Avenue, completed the pre-development work and was then retained by The Riu Group as a fee developer. Riu and Tribeach built a thirty-story, mixed-use project which included 647 hotel rooms, as well as retail and residential uses.

Tribeach converted a former power plant into an industrial building with 90 residential and five commercial units by erecting a new structure within the old brick perimeter walls of the two existing industrial buildings. All work was performed under the supervision of Krakow’s Architectural Preservation Agency.
